SignalHVAC, Inc. ("SignalHVAC", "we", "our") operates a hosted chat application and embeddable widget for HVAC contractors, manufacturers, and distributors. This page describes what we collect, what we do with it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, organization, and role.
• Workspace content: documents you upload, the conversations you have with the assistant, and the catalogs you connect.
• Usage telemetry: page views, question counts, latency, and error traces — used to debug and improve the product.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and ground responses in your catalog.
• To bill you, communicate with you, and provide support.
• We do not sell your data. We do not train shared models on the contents of your private workspace.

Your rights

You may request access, export, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing privacy@signalhvac.io. If you're an EU/UK resident, we process your data on the legal bases of contract and legitimate interest, and you have the rights granted to you under the GDPR/UK GDPR.
