These terms govern your use of SignalHVAC. By creating an account or embedding the SignalHVAC widget on a page, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload to your workspace.

Acceptable use

• No abusive, illegal, or rights-infringing content.
• No automated scraping or attempts to extract the underlying model.
• The assistant's output is informational. Always verify against the cited source before acting on a spec, code, or install decision.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly or annually based on the plan you selected. Cancel anytime — you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Liability

SignalHVAC is provided as-is, without warranties. We're not liable for equipment damage, code violations, or commercial losses resulting from an unverified answer. Cap on aggregate liability is the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
